We have recently completed the installation and commissioning of our SZL10-1.25-SCII steam boiler unit in Uzbekistan. This targeted boiler solution is tailored to match the actual operating needs and fuel usage habits of the client’s facility, ensuring smooth daily operation after delivery—no unnecessary adjustments or modifications required once it’s up and running.

The SZL10-1.25-SCII is a 10 tons per hour double-drum chain grate steam boiler, with a rated working pressure of 1.25 MPa. SZL biomass fired chain grate steam boiler is horizontal type water tube boiler, the combustion equipment is chain grate. This model is specially optimized for biomass fuel combustion, with improved heat transfer efficiency and stable steam output, helping users cut down daily fuel and maintenance costs effectively.

In terms of practical application, this boiler features a compact overall layout, which saves a lot of installation space for the client’s workshop. The installation process is simple and flexible, and daily maintenance operations are not complicated, making it easy for local on-site operators to master routine checks and upkeep. It can stably meet the client’s continuous steam supply demand, as well as centralized heating requirements in supporting areas, adapting well to the local working environment and operating conditions.
