Chain Grate Combustion System
The precision-engineered chain grate stoker maintains consistent fuel feed, even air distribution, and regulated furnace temperatures. It is capable of full combustion with minimal slagging, accommodating a variety of fuel particle sizes, including wood chips, straw, and palm shells.
Double Drum Water Tube Design
The horizontal double-drum design of this water-tube boiler promotes natural circulation and maximizes the boiler’s heating surface. It accelerates steam generation and, in addition, the steam-water separator ensures industrial use of the steam by maintaining high steam quality.
Water-Cooled Walls
The membrane-cooled water walls absorb heat from the combustion of the fuel and help protect the refractory. It also balances the temperature of the combustion chamber. The walls facilitate natural circulation between the double drum elements.
Integrated Economizer

Steam-Water Separator
